Guest photo sharing
How do guests share their wedding photos with us?
Print one QR code. Guests scan it, share the photos on their phone, and every one lands in your gallery — no app, no group chat.
Open Shared Moments
Your invitation already has a photo-sharing page. Copy its link, or download its QR code, which wears the same design as your other codes.
Put the QR code where people gather
On every table, at the entrance, by the photo booth. You can also post the link on the day page if you use Chapters.
Guests share from their phone
They scan, tap Upload, and pick the photos they took. No app to download and no account to make.
Play them on the big screen
Open the slideshow on a laptop at the reception and the photos play as they arrive, with music from the built-in library if you like.
Keep the ones you love
Hide any photo from the shared page without deleting it, then select the photos you want and download them as a ZIP.
What your guests see
Scan, tap Upload, pick photos. They can scroll through everyone else’s photos too, and like their favourites.
What it costs
Photo sharing is free and holds up to 100 guest photos. Premium removes the limit and allows larger photos. See the full pricing.
Questions couples ask next

- Do I get the original full-size files?
- Photos are saved at a size made for phones and screens. For full-size copies, ask the guest for the original.
- How long do the photos stay?
- Until you delete them. When your plan ends, guests can no longer add new photos, but everyone can still see the gallery.
