Seat plan
How does the seat plan work?
Drag confirmed guests into tables, then let them find their own seat with one QR code.
Lay out your tables
Add round, long or head tables, name them, and arrange them the way the hall is actually set.
Drag guests into seats
Only the guests who said yes, so you are not seating people who are not coming. Move anyone at any time — nothing is fixed until the day.
One QR code for the whole reception
Put it at the entrance or on each invitation. A guest scans it, types their name, and sees their table — no printed chart, no queue at the door.
Check them in as they arrive
Mark arrivals on your phone during the day, so you know who is in the room without counting chairs.
What your guests see
They scan, type the first letters of their name, and get their table. It works on their own phone, with no account.
What it costs
All of this is free on every plan, including the free one. See the full pricing.
Questions couples ask next
- Do I still need a printed seating chart?
- Not for finding seats. Guests look themselves up with the QR code. Many couples still print the plan for the coordinator and the caterer.
- What if a guest changes their RSVP after I seat them?
- Move them. Nothing in the plan is locked, and the seat finder always shows where a guest sits right now.
- Is the seat plan free?
- Yes. The seat plan, the seat finder QR and guest check-in work on every plan, including the free one.
