Our story

Ceremo started as one wedding invitation. Ours.

No boardroom, no big plan. Just an engineer, a fiancée with a lot of ideas, and a wedding on November 9, 2026.

  1. A speech bubble with a heart beside a laptop showing code

    Chapter one

    It started with one invitation.

    I’m a software engineer, and I’m getting married on November 9, 2026.

So when it was time for a wedding website, my fiancée gave the job to the obvious person. I built ours.

  2. An invitation beside a panel of sliders and color swatches, with a cursor on it

    Chapter two

Then I built her the controls.

A wedding page is never finished. One more photo, one more color, one more line to change.

So instead of doing every change myself, I built the controls so she could change anything on her own. Mostly so she would stop asking me. It worked.

  3. A sign-in card beside a fan of three invitation templates

    Chapter three

Then an idea wouldn’t leave me alone.

If this made our planning easier, it could make other couples’ planning easier too.

So I added sign-in, drew new templates, and opened the door.

  4. A phone showing a QR code and a check mark, and a big heart

    Chapter four

Couples trusted a stranger’s QR code.

The first couples paid by scanning a QR code from someone they had never met. Honestly, I still laugh about it.

But we never take it lightly. Thank you for going first.

  5. Chat bubbles beside a checklist with most items ticked

    Chapter five

    We listened.

Every message, every request, every “can it do this?” and every worry got read.

Many of them became the features couples use today.

  6. A dotted path climbing a hill toward a small flag, with a plant growing at the start

    And now

    And here we are. Striving.

Still small. Still building. Still answering messages ourselves.

One wedding at a time, starting with our own.

Built for our wedding. Ready for yours.
